Kiro

Kiro is an AI coding environment for developers and teams. It turns prompts into requirements, architectural designs, and sequenced tasks, then implements them with parallel agents across local or cloud environments.

The platform checks requirements for contradictions and gaps using automated reasoning, and uses property-based tests to find edge cases that unit tests may miss. Kiro also supports context from tools such as Figma and Terraform, plus a headless CLI for CI/CD workflows.

Kiro supports Anthropic Claude, open-weight models, and an automatic model selection mode. It includes an IDE and CLI, supports MCP, AGENTS.md, Skills.md, Open VSX extensions, and VS Code settings. Pricing uses credits with pre-paid overages and no daily or weekly rate limits.
