ECC is an open agent harness system for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode. It provides skills, agents, commands, hooks, adapters, and install profiles for coding workflows, with AgentShield security scanning and a GitHub App for repository-native guidance.
The open-source layer includes 261 skills, 64 agents, 84 commands, and 102 security rules. Teams can choose core, developer, security, or full profiles, install the toolkit locally, or connect the GitHub App to public or private repositories.
The GitHub App is free for public repositories. Pro is listed at $19 per seat, while Enterprise pricing is available by contacting the team.
