These terms govern your use of VibeHacker (vibehacker.com). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Keep your password safe. You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeHacker.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant VibeHacker a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the site and in our channels. You can delete your content at any time.

Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, spammy, or that you do not have the right to share. Do not post fake reviews or reviews of tools you have not used.

3. Tool submissions

Submitted tools are reviewed before publication. We may reject or remove any listing at our discretion, especially for scams, malware, or misleading claims. Listing a tool does not imply endorsement.

4. Vibes and perks

Vibes are points with no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money. We may adjust quests, rewards, and the shop at any time. Abuse of the points system (bots, duplicate accounts, vote rings) results in a ban.

5. Events

Events listed on VibeHacker may be organized by third parties. We are not responsible for what happens at events we do not host.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer

VibeHacker is provided as is. We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will note the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you on the site.
