tried yap again tuesday while writing a pr description on the m2. hands full of coffee so voice seemed smart.
it nailed the first sentence, then turned nil check into "kneel check" and invented a Linear ticket number that does not exist. free + on-device is nice until you paste the transcript into github without reading.
anyone pinning a custom dictionary for eng slang, or am i just fighting the mic?

same on my side. used it friday for a release note and it swapped "pnpm" for "p.m.". had to re-read three times before merge.
are you on the default model or did you flip something in settings?
Tried it once for standup notes. Faster than typing until it invented a deploy that never happened.
Now I only dictate, then rewrite the nouns before the PR opens. Treat the first draft like autocomplete that hallucinates proper nouns.
