Jev

Jev is TypeSafe AI’s first public System One Model: a machine-native decision model built for software automation rather than chat.

Instead of generating text, Jev evaluates shared state against typed questions (boolean/noul, choice, and score) and returns calibrated answers with probabilities and confidence. Software can act when confidence is high and escalate when it is not. Multiple questions run in parallel in one request.

TypeSafe positions Jev as far faster and cheaper than LLMs on System One tasks, with structured outputs that are type-safe by construction. Early access is available via TypeSafe; the model is also reachable through Vercel AI Gateway and Cloudflare Workers AI.
