Plugin-everything design, very clean, and it runs DeepSeek V4 with tool calls faster than anything else I've tried. Documentation is thin in English. It launched three weeks ago so give it time.
DeepSeek Harness
A modular, plugin-based framework for building and running agents
About DeepSeek Harness
DeepSeek Harness is an open-source, plugin-based framework for building agents. It is aimed at Harness developers and is available as a developer preview for global testing.
Agent capabilities including models, tools, skills, sessions, sandboxes, storage, loops, scheduling, and UI are provided by plugins that can be replaced or recombined through configuration. It is built on the Cordis plugin system, which manages plugin loading, unloading, and dependencies.
The project includes a Web UI that can be started with npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web, as well as source installation from GitHub. It supports standard, PTC, minimal, and creative operating modes, with append-only session logs for tracing, recovery, branching, search, and replay.
