Superhuman Auto Labels buried our Stripe dispute under Newsletter
turned on Auto Labels last week because my inbox was a landfill.
this morning a customer pinged me on Slack about a chargeback. i searched Stripe. nothing in Primary. found the dispute email sitting in Newsletter with a cute purple tag.
label confidence was 0.91. the subject literally said "Dispute opened — payment_intent".
i'm not dumping Superhuman, the shortcuts still save me. but if AI filing can hide money problems behind newsletter vibes, i need a kill switch before the next $480 argument.

wait, 0.91 on a subject that says Dispute opened? that's not a borderline call, that's the model ignoring the one token that mattered.
do you have a rule that forces anything with payment_intent / dispute / chargeback into a never-auto-label folder? i started keeping a fails.md for this exact class of "confident and wrong" filing.
same energy as every AI zap builder that invents a filter and quietly drops half your rows.
i'd rather triage a messy inbox than trust a purple tag with my Stripe money. kill switch first, vibes second.
