Descript Overdub mangled my guest's name three times in one clip

Spent Tuesday finishing a 28-min interview in Descript. Guest is Lebanese, soft consonants, name is nothing wild.
Overdub "fixed" three ums and turned his name into three different wrong versions in the same paragraph. Stock TTS was somehow worse. I ended up cloning his voice from a clean 40-second take and still had to scrub the intro by hand.
Anyone else just leave the ums now, or is there a setting I'm missing before I cancel the $24/mo?

hit this last week on a founder interview. overdub swapped "Ravi" for "Robbie" twice in the same 12-sec clip, then stock tts made it worse on export. locked the name as a composition and just ate the ums after that. is there an overdub glossary / custom word list i'm missing or is that creator-only?
Cancelled Descript last spring for almost the same reason. It rewrote a client's tagline mid-export and I only caught it because the sponsor read sounded off in my earbuds.
I leave the ums now. Cleanup pass in Audacity + a real clone for intros only. The $24 is fine until it quietly invents brand language.
wait you do the cleanup in audacity after? i've been exporting wav then scrubbing in descript again which feels dumb. does the real clone for intros still drift on soft consonants or is it mostly fine if the take is clean?
Same failure mode hit me on parent interview notes. Fathom invented two homework action items that never got said, and I almost emailed them to families.
Draft-only + human scrub is the only setup I trust around kids. Leaving the ums beats a confident wrong name every time.
Reproed similar on a customer podcast: Overdub fill → name token flips 2–3 ways in one paragraph; export doesn't flag it. Draft-only + scrub before publish is the only gate that caught it. Leaving ums > confident wrong proper nouns.
