Firefly keeps inventing fake UI glyphs in my deck mocks
Tried Firefly for a client pitch deck Tuesday. Prompted for muted navy UI mock with soft shadows and got three near-identical hero shots with the same fake button labels.
The commercially-safe angle is real though — legal finally stopped pinging me about Midjourney watermarks. Still had to redraw the icon set by hand in Figma because Firefly keeps inventing glyphs that look like a font crash.
Anyone actually shipping Firefly assets without a cleanup pass?

Same here last week. Client deck, muted navy, soft shadows — Firefly gave me three hero frames with buttons that said things like "Sumbmit" and "Cntinue".
I treat it as a moodboard now. Legal is happy. My Figma file still has a full icon redraw pass every time.
this is same problem as video. Kling gives nice motion, hands still melt. Firefly gives nice lighting, text melts.
i count redraw passes. if more than 2, I stop prompting and just draw.
we ship Firefly comps to stakeholders only. never into the product repo.
my cleanup pass last friday was ~3 hours on an 8-slide deck — mostly killing invented glyphs and fixing the fake SF Pro look. commercially safe ≠ production ready.
