transitions.dev pairs a hand-tuned motion library with agent skills. Modals, dropdowns, toasts, sliding tabs, skeleton shimmer, streaming text and AI-thinking states each get a production-ready transition.
The skills tell the agent which transition fits which interaction, so vibe-coded UIs stop snapping between states. Check the licence: free for personal and commercial use, but the library itself can't be redistributed.
