Task Observer (One Skill to Rule Them All)

Task Observer runs alongside your agent during multi-step work. It notes the patterns, the corrections you make, and the judgement calls worth keeping, and writes them to observation files in your workspace.

Later those notes become suggested changes to existing skills or ideas for new ones, and you review them before anything changes. It's meant to improve your whole skill library, itself included, as you go.
