About Pre-Mortem
A risk check for a PRD or launch plan, from the PM Skills pack. Your agent imagines the launch failed and sorts possible causes into Tigers (real problems), Paper Tigers (worries that are overblown) and Elephants (things nobody wants to say out loud).
Each risk gets marked as launch-blocking, fast-follow, or just worth tracking, with a plan for the blockers. Takes ten minutes and can save you from shipping something with a hole in it.
