About Wayfinder (Matt Pocock)

For ideas that are still foggy and far too large to fit in a single context window.

Wayfinder names the destination first (a spec, a locked decision, or an in-place migration), then lays out a shared map on your issue tracker made of decision tickets: questions to answer, not build slices. The agent works those tickets one at a time until the route is clear.

It is planning-first by design, so you end up with a path you trust before anyone starts writing code.
