About Expo Dev Client
Official Expo skill for moving past Expo Go. The agent explains when a development client is needed, builds one locally or with EAS Build, and distributes it to testers through TestFlight so branches with native code can be tried on physical phones.
Note: building locally is free; EAS cloud builds and TestFlight distribution need a paid plan or Apple Developer account. For production store releases, see EAS App Stores.
