Walks the agent through adopting nullable reference types in an existing C# project, either file by file or across the whole solution. It runs a readiness scanner, annotates APIs, fixes warnings like CS8602 and CS8618 instead of suppressing them, and cleans up stray null-forgiving operators. Not meant for C# 7.3 or older projects.
