DeepTutor

DeepTutor is an agent-native learning companion for personalized tutoring. It combines chat, persistent Partners, connected local agents, collaborative writing, interactive books, learning spaces, memory, and a knowledge center in one workspace.

The project is fully open source and can run locally through PyPI, Docker, or a source checkout. A headless CLI is also available for servers, agent harnesses, and Claude Code or Codex setups.

DeepTutor supports retrieval libraries for RAG, inspectable three-layer memory, Markdown editing, and versioned knowledge bases. The web app runs at 127.0.0.1:3782 after installation, while CLI mode runs without a web UI.
