About Dart: Build CLI App
Part of the official flutter/agent-plugins skills. It gives an agent a clear layout for Dart CLIs. That means building commands with package:args ArgParser or CommandRunner, using proper exit codes, separating stdout from stderr, spawning subprocesses, declaring executables in pubspec.yaml and compiling native binaries.
It deliberately leaves out Flutter UI and server work, so it stays focused on tooling.
