About Claude Commerce Agents
Anthropic's reference blueprint for commerce agents on Claude: a customer-facing shopping agent (search, purchase research, customer care, memory) and a staff-facing merchant agent (catalog listings, inventory, pricing, campaigns, performance insights), plus a commerce-builder plugin. Writes are staged until a person approves, and nothing actually charges a card. Runnable demo verticals for retail, telecom and entertainment. Apache-2.0.
