A skill for building browser agents with guardrails. Your coding agent generates a small local app where the runtime agent gets exactly one tool, a browser that blocks every request to a host outside your allowlist.
The runtime agent never touches the shell or the raw Chrome DevTools connection. Useful when you want an agent to scrape or research on approved sites and nothing else. Needs Node 18+, a local Chromium and an Anthropic API key for the generated app.
