An official android/skills entry for Jetpack Glance app widgets targeting API 37. It covers setting up the widget receiver and manifest, and refreshing widget UI after a CoroutineWorker writes new DataStore state. It also covers downsampling images so responsive widget sizes stay under the RemoteViews memory limit.
It's a narrow skill aimed at the two bugs widget developers hit most often: widgets that never update and widgets that crash on big bitmaps.
