OpenAI cuts API usage tiers from five to three, with the top Grow tier now at $500 paid

As of Oct 6, paid API orgs sit in Build, Launch, or Grow, and you reach Grow, the new highest tier, after $500 in total API payments instead of the old $1,000 for the top tier.
