MCPgraphy is an MIT proxy that learns when your agent's MCP tools fail and warns or blocks the next bad call
Shown on HN Nov 3, mcpgraphy wrap --policy warn -- <server command> sits in front of any MCP server, reads touched resources before and after each call to build a graph of which tools worked from which state, then warns or refuses repeats of known failures locally with no keys or extra probing. In the author's simulated benchmark, GPT-5.4-mini finished 99% of jobs behind the proxy versus 74% on raw tools, and anything the agent never tried stays marked unknown (Show HN).
