It also keeps existing CRLF line endings in apply_patch by default and honors server Retry-After headers on retryable failures.

If you run agents that open draft PRs on repos you don't own, expect to hit those caps sooner…
Announced Oct 9, Harness bought select Augment Code assets, including Cosmos, the Auggie CLI, and the Code Context Engine, and Cosmos becomes the Harness Cosmos Software Factory Agent, where agents in isolated VMs plan a change from a ticket or bug, write code and tests, and keep fixing the same PR as reviews and checks come back.
