Arcee AI hits $1B+ valuation on Series B for open-weight Trinity models

Arcee closed a Series B led by Vista Equity, Cambium, and Emergence that values the open-weight model startup above $1 billion (Fortune put the round at least ~$150M). It says its 2025 lineup, including 400B-parameter Trinity Large, cost about $20M to train; funds go to next-gen Trinity, DOE science models, and open-model deploy tools.
