AgentR launches Webcmd, an open-source agent browser that learns a website once and reuses it

Launched Oct 8 under Apache 2.0, Webcmd saves what an agent learns about a site so later runs skip relearning it, and AgentR says it passed the most tasks at the lowest cost per task in its own BU Bench V1 comparison (full run and repro steps are on GitHub). It installs with npm install -g @agentrhq/webcmd and needs Node.js 20.6+.
